It’s Cold Outside

How is winter weather treating your hair?

We love this DIY for Easy Anti-Frizz Spray to tame static and frizz.

Whether it be from winter static or the heat of summer, almost everyone deals with frizzy hair at some point. Luckily, this natural DIY helps tame stubborn flyaways while nourishing hair at the same time. Fractionated Coconut Oil helps provide moisture to dry hair, while aloe vera promotes shine and leaves hair cleaner. The powdery, floral aroma of Lavender will also ensure that your hair will stay smelling fresh.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Fractionated Coconut Oil
2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
½ cup distilled water
5–10 drops Lavender oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in an 8-ounce spray bottle and shake thoroughly before each use.
  2. Spray a thin layer on dry hair after styling to tame flyaways and everyday frizz.

Creating Hope

For my first post, I wanted to highlight that January 11th is National Human Trafficking Awareness Day. I’m proud to be a part of a company that gives back.

This is an article from doTerra.com…

doTerra and Operation Underground Railroad

The doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation is proud to be partnering with Operation Underground Railroad, (also known as OUR Rescue) to bring healing and hope to the world. This non-profit organization works to save children from sex trafficking by utilizing some of the world’s experts in extraction operations and anti-trafficking efforts.

Get involved in an organization near you to end Human Trafficking. Make a difference!
